Phase 4 Closure and Phase 5 Gas & Leachate Works. Contractor-side estimating, project coordination and project controls supporting civil and environmental construction.
Experience: quantities, procurement, schedules, progress reporting, QA/QC and coordination with consultants and municipal stakeholders.
China Creek South Park
Project management and estimating for the Vapour Mitigation System, involving excavation, vapour-well drilling, underground piping and site restoration.
Experience: construction sequencing, supplier and field-team coordination, municipal requirements and quality documentation.
Glover Road & Cannor Road
Civil and development project experience including Glover Road mixed residential/commercial development and Cannor Road development work.
