ALDER CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD. is an owner-led civil engineering practice in British Columbia, connecting site design, water management and practical construction delivery.

Led by Hamed Ashkan, P.Eng., PMP, Director & Principal Engineer, ALDER brings a field-informed perspective to civil site development, stormwater and drainage, erosion and sediment control, earthworks and construction administration.

Hamed’s civil engineering, project management, estimating and QA/QC experience spans Canada and the UAE since 2009. His background includes site-development and infrastructure coordination, tendering, schedules, cost control, technical documentation and construction closeout.

We believe good engineering starts with understanding the site and communicating clearly. Our approach is to define the scope, identify missing inputs, coordinate qualified specialists and develop practical deliverables aligned with the project’s needs.

ALDER holds Engineers and Geoscientists BC Permit to Practice No. 1006694. Professional assignments are accepted within demonstrated competence and a clearly defined scope.
